You can take the girl out of the Midwest but she'll never be a true New Yorker.  Or something like that. I couldn't pass up this tee after I saw it on Joanna's blog. And yes, there is that skirt again. I never thought I'd get so much use out of such a feminine piece but I love giving it a little edge and mixing it up with more casual pieces like this tee.
