Recipe: Pineapple-Strawberry Popsicles

Last week I got some new popsicle molds from Tupperware so I thought I'd take my first foray into creating my own frozen treats. It was so easy and I love that I can control how much sugar I put into these.

I started with fresh pineapple juice, strawberries, milk, and sugar.


First I poured less than 1/4 cup of pineapple juice into the mold and froze them overnight without the stick (the orange part you see above). The measurements aren't essential here, just do this all to your own taste.

The next day I pureed the fresh strawberries with sugar and milk to taste, poured that over the frozen pineapple juice layer and put the stick into the mold. Then, I let those freeze over night. Voila! ridiculously easy, huh?
